Lavender Green Tea Infusion
Ingredients:
- 1 green tea bag
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender (optional)
- Place the green tea bag in a cup and pour a hot water
- Let steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag.
- Enjoy the calming aroma and taste.
- 1 green tea bag
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried lavender (optional)
- Place the green tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water over it.
- Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
- In a separate pan, heat the milk until it starts to steam.
- Froth the milk with a handheld frother or whisk.
- Remove the tea bag from the cup and pour the brewed tea into the frothed milk.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, and dried lavender (if using), and stir well.
- Enjoy a soothing latte.
- 2 green tea bags
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
- 4 cups water
- Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish
- Steep the green tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and mix the lemon juice and honey/agave syrup.
- Add 2 cups of chilled water and mix well.
- Serve it with ice cubes, lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish.

- 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cups water
- Steep the green tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey/agave syrup and lemon juice.
- Add a cup of cold water and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze it till it achieves sorbet kind of consistency.
- Serve the sorbet in a bowl and enjoy a refreshing treat.

- 3-4 drops lavender essential oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Steep the green tea bag in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and let it cool down.
- In a spray bottle, mix the cooled tea, witch hazel, and lavender essential oil.
- Shake well before use.
- After cleansing, spray the toner on your face and neck and let it dry naturally.
